About

We are in the midst of a sleep epidemic. Much of mainstream-culture has finally come around to understanding just how important the functions of sleeping and dreaming are to our brain and our long-term health, yet still one third of U.S.adults report not getting the recommended 7 hours of sleep per night. We’ve acknowledged this is a problem that costs us in our emotional and physical health, not to mention the lost productivity and loss of lives from issues like drowsy driving. What many haven’t acknowledged yet is what a radical shift we need to make as a culture and society to correct this problem.

As a life-long athlete and lucid-dreamer, I’ve personally seen the impact that restful sleep has had on my own performance on the field and off. This life-long passion, in combination with the last year of a society-altering pandemic has highlighted what is truly important to me and how I can be most impactful in the world. What I’ve determined is that in order to help people thrive, I can teach them how to bootstrap their well-being through improving their approach to sleeping & dreaming. Everyone needs to sleep; it’s something we share as humans and can all work on together.

My mission is to help usher in a revolution in our culture’s approach to sleeping & dreaming.
