Two 1-hour presentations teaching not just why sleep is important, but how and why the behaviors we engage in throughout the day positively or negatively impact the quality of our sleep at night.
Part 2: Sleep Habit Commitment
Participants will be placed into accountability groups of 3-5 people, working to build good sleep habits together. The commitment will progressively incorporate more and more good habits over the course of the 4 weeks.
